Rolfe grew up in a real estate family, where his parents, Annette and Charley Kratz, instilled in him a passion for the field. Annette, a seasoned agent with over 32 years of experience, played a significant role in shaping Rolfe's career while, Charley involved him in the hands-on aspects of buying and selling investment properties. It was only natural that with these influences Rolfe would become a licensed agent after graduation from Thomas Aquinas College. Working closely with his mother, Rolfe quickly became an asset to the business as he combined the training from Annette with updated technologies in the real estate industry. Rolfe and Annette formed a team that would close hundreds of transactions and help many clients realize the dream of home ownership.

A proud member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) since 1997, Rolfe has garnered recognition and accolades for his outstanding contributions to real estate. His achievements include the NVAR Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar Award, NVAR Lifetime Top Producer Award, and induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Rolfe's commitment to professional development is evident through his designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and his attainment of an Associate Broker license in 2005.

Rolfe and his wife Katherine enjoy spending time with their 3 kids at a small property in Madison County where they plant and harvest many different crops each year and hope to start an apple orchard soon. They love exploring all that Virginia has to offer, often travelling by RV across the region.

Todd is a seasoned real estate professional deeply rooted in Fairfax County, where he was born and raised - and raised his own family. Todd began his real estate journey in 1992, a time when the concept of buyer representation was still in its infancy. Throughout the years, his diverse real estate experience has included collaboration with a national builder and reputable title companies in Northern Virginia, where he successfully conducted thousands of settlements.

Having played a pivotal role in training agents on the nuances of representing clients on both sides of transactions, Todd brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise back to full-time real estate agency. His clients have consistently reaped the benefits of his extensive background, appreciating a level of customer service that is increasingly rare in today's market.

In addition to his role as a real estate professional, Todd enjoys using his creativity, and is recognized as an Accredited Staging Professional and Interior Designer. His commitment to excellence is evident through his annual recognition with the NVAR Multi-Million Award and the NVAR Top Producer Award.

In his leisure time, Todd finds fulfillment in spending moments with his Church men's group or engaging in outdoor activities with his adult children - and he is eagerly preparing for the arrival of his first grandchild in 2024.
