Rolfe Kratz, a licensed real estate agent since 1997, was raised by a real estate family. His mother, Annette Kratz, was an agent for more than 32 years prior to her retirement from the business in 2011. Rolfe's father, Charley Kratz, was always involved in the purchase and sale of investment properties with Rolfe helping to repair and fix up the houses his father bought. It was only natural that with these influences Rolfe would become a licensed agent after graduation from Thomas Aquinas College. Under the tutelage of his mother, Rolfe quickly became an asset to the business as he combined the training from Annette with updated technologies in the real estate industry. Rolfe and Annette formed a team that would close hundreds of transactions and help many clients realize the dream of home ownership.
Born and raised in Fairfax County, Todd first obtained his real estate license in 1992, back when there was no such thing as buyer representation. Over the years, his real estate experience included working with a national builder as well as reputable title companies in Northern Virginia where he has conducted thousands of settlements.
Todd was responsible for training agents in properly representing their clients on both sides of the transaction. He brought his knowledge and experience back to full-time real estate agency and his many clients have benefitted from his knowledge, experience and a level of customer service that's hard to find today.
Todd is an Accredited Staging Professional and Interior Designer and is an annual recipient of the NVAR Multi-Million Award and the NVAR Top Producer Award.
Like many in this region, I originally came to Washington, in the 1980s, to work for the federal government, and I did so in one capacity or another for more than two decades. But from the time I started looking for our first home in 1993, I’ve had an absolute fascination with homes and the real estate business. It’s the biggest investment you will make in your life, but it is also your home and needs to be right for you in so many ways.

When not at the office or on the road with clients, I can be found playing with my border collies or working with a rescue group to get other dogs into their own very special homes. I also particularly enjoy helping clients with dogs find homes that work well for them and their furry little ones.
Cheryl has been happily serving her clients in Real Estate since 2001. She can handle every real estate transaction from the first-time buyer to the most difficult short sale. She specializes in buyers, sellers, staging homes, probate, luxury homes, short sales and foreclosures. Cheryl prides herself on making sure her clients are not only getting a house to call home, but a good sound investment. She understands that each client has different real estate needs, listens to the need and guides from there.
Cheryl loves being part of the Kratz and Kolasch team as she feels they all have the same philosophy and that is hard work and putting the customer first. In her free time, Cheryl enjoys spending time with family, friends and her dog Koko. She enjoys outdoor activities, hiking, biking, exercise, coaching Volleyball, volunteering and travelling.
